A welcome party is an event organized to greet and introduce new members to a group, organization, or community. The main goals of a welcome party are to help newcomers feel comfortable, build connections, and set a positive tone for their experience. A welcome party typically includes free food and drinks, along with engaging activities to create a fun and interactive atmosphere.
